Shipping & Returns

Shipping hours:  9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays. 

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping:

• Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days. Expedited options are available.

You will receive a tracking number via email after your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

• We cannot ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions. Right now we currently ship solely in the USA.
• P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for shipping.
• 808 Research is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

All sales are final, except in cases of:

• Damaged products during shipping.
• Incorrect items received.

Contact us within 48 hours at support@808research.com with photos of the issue to request a return or replacement.

Once shipped, 808 Research is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the shipping carrier for help.

Orders can be canceled or modified only before processing. Please email support@808research.com as soon as possible if changes are needed.
